I. Product Performance Introduction

MH-PVJK1 photovoltaic combiner box intelligent monitoring device is a newly developed multifunctional, low power consumption and fully intelligent combiner box monitoring unit developed by our company. It has the following functions in one device:
1. Innovative "monitoring host + intelligent current sensor" mode, small size and easy installation
2. The monitoring host directly uses photovoltaic power as the working power and provides working power to the intelligent current sensor.
3. The intelligent current sensor adopts an integrated package, which has extremely high reliability.
4. The intelligent current sensor has a data interface to connect with the monitoring host.

KBT-PVX / 43.0 type photovoltaic combiner box intelligent monitoring device is small in size and easy to install. 1. The serial communication of this device fully complies with the standard MODBUS-RTU protocol. The data format, hardware timing and data frame structure fully comply with the MODBUS protocol. Nine, device parameter setting

1. The device address and serial port settings are registers 0040H and 0041H. For data definitions, see the attached data sheet.
2. By setting the register with address 0060H, you can choose to enable or disable various alarms
3. Each alarm parameter has been set to the optimal value when it leaves the factory, and generally does not need to be modified. For special circumstances, please refer to the attached data sheet.
4. After the alarm conditions are not met, the device will automatically exit the alarm. If the alarm conditions cannot be removed immediately and the alarm output is to be cancelled, the corresponding alarm item or all alarms can be prohibited. After the alarm conditions are removed, the alarm can be re-enabled.
5. The channel setting register is a total of 16 registers from 0050H-005FH. If the channel is not used, the corresponding register can be set to 0 to close the channel. The channel set to closed is not included in the calculation of the average value and will not be included in the channel. Call the police
6. The current deviation average alarm is mainly used to monitor the poor performance of the battery panel. When the average current is greater than the set value (default value 3A), the current deviation average alarm can be activated. The alarm rule is: when a certain current is lower than half of the average value or 1.5 times higher than the average value, an alarm is generated
