Product introduction
The infrared handheld is a portable handheld device used in conjunction with the MH-ACJK3 AC monitoring device. It communicates with the monitoring device through an infrared connection. It can collect on-site operating parameters, alarm status and monitored data of the AC monitoring device, as well as Set various operating parameters of the intelligent monitoring device; it is small in size and easy to carry, and can manage the entire power station with one machine at hand.
Second, the main function
1.Setting
Set the serial communication address, baud rate, and data format of the monitoring device.
Set the specifications of the current transformer external to the monitoring device.
Set the upper limit of the temperature alarm in the box.
Set the upper limit of voltage and current alarm.
Set the on-off state of the built-in relay.

2. Collection
Collect the serial communication address, baud rate, and data format of the monitoring device.
Collect the temperature, AC frequency and three-phase current in the box.
Acquisition of three-phase phase voltage and line voltage
Collect three-phase active power and combined active power; three-phase reactive power and combined reactive power; three-phase power factor and combined power factor
Collect the state of 22 input switches and one output switch (relay).
Collect 7 alarm states.

V. Basic operations
★ Important operation tips:
[Connection] operation, all [?] Operations, all [Confirm] operations, the infrared window of the handheld must be pointed at the infrared interface of the monitoring device and held for 3 seconds, and kept at the best distance of 0.5-2 meters.
All [?] Operations are operations of collecting data or parameters. Please rest assured that it will not affect the monitoring
Control device works; all [confirmation] operations will overwrite the data or setting status of the monitoring device,
Please proceed with caution.
1. Start-up: Press and hold the [Switch] key for 2 seconds, the handset starts, and the screen displays the startup screen.
2. Shut down: Press and hold the [Switch] key for 2 seconds under normal working conditions. The handset displays the "Thank you for using," goodbye shutdown screen. At this time, release the key and hold the handset off.
3. Backlight: Press the [Backlight] key once to turn on the backlight, and then press it again to turn off the backlight.
4. Connection: Before operating an intelligent monitoring device each time, please point the infrared window of the handheld at the monitoring device.
Press the [Connect] key after the infrared interface of the control device. After the connection is successful, the information of the connected monitoring device will be displayed on the screen, including the module model, product number, production date and communication address.
5. Acquisition: Press the [Acquisition] key to display the acquisition menu, a total of 7 levels, press the [▼] [▲] keys to select the item to be collected, and press the [?] Key to perform the acquisition operation.
If no data is collected due to interference or no alignment (there is no data display on the corresponding interface), you can press the [?] Key to return to the acquisition menu, and then reacquire.
6. Setting: Press the [Set] key to display the setting menu. There are 7 levels. Press the [▼] [▲] key to select the item to be set. Press the [?] Key to perform the collection operation. First collect the original set value of the monitoring device. Come back and display, and then press the [OK] key to modify the set value into the monitoring device.
If the original set data is not collected due to interference or no alignment (there is no data display on the corresponding interface), you can press the [?] Key to return to the acquisition menu and then reacquire.
6.1 Address setting
Select " 1. Address " on the setup menu and press the [?] Key to display the address setting interface. At the same time, display the real-time address of the collected module on the interface. Press the number keys to enter the new address. The legal number of addresses is 1-240. Enter three digits and fill in the insufficient zeros. If the address is 8, you should enter 008. Press the [Delete] key to delete the last entered data. Press the [Delete] key continuously to delete all the entered data.
Press the [OK] key to execute the operation of writing a new address, and automatically re-acquire the address of the monitoring device and display it on the interface. The re-displayed address is consistent with the entered address, and the address setting is completed. ???
6.2 Baud rate setting
★ Not professional or necessary, please do not modify this
Select " 2.Baud rate " on the setup menu and press the [?] Key to display the baud rate setting interface. At the same time, display the real-time baud rate of the collected module on the interface (the line being reversed), and press [ ▼] [▲] key selects the baud rate to be set, press the [OK] key to perform the operation of writing the new baud rate, and automatically re-acquire the baud rate of the monitoring device displayed on the interface.
6.3 Data Format Setting

Select " 3. Data Format " on the setup menu and press the [?] Key to display the data format setting interface. At the same time, display the real-time data format of the collected module on the interface (the line that is highlighted), and press [▼] 【 ▲] key selects the data format to be set, press the [OK] key to perform the operation of writing the new data format, and the data format of the monitoring device is automatically re-collected and displayed on the interface, and the data format setting is completed.
6.4 Current transformer setting
Select " 4. Current Transformer " on the setup menu and press the [?] Key to display the current transformer setting interface. At the same time, the collected module's set value will be displayed on the interface. Press the number keys to enter new parameters and legal parameters. It is 100-630 A, three-digit input. Press the [Delete] key to delete the last entered data. Press the [Delete] key continuously to delete all the entered data.
Press the [OK] key to execute the operation of writing new parameters, and automatically re-collect the current transformer parameters of the monitoring device and display them on the interface. The re-displayed parameters are consistent with the entered parameters, and the current transformer setting is completed.
6.5 Temperature upper limit setting
Select " 5. Temperature upper limit " on the setup menu and press the [?] Key to display the temperature upper limit setting interface. At the same time, the collected module's set value is displayed on the interface. Press the number keys to enter new parameters. The legal parameter is 10 -99 ℃, two-digit input. Press the [Delete] key to delete the last entered data. Press the [Delete] key continuously to delete all the entered data.
Press the [OK] key to perform the operation of writing new parameters and automatically re-acquire the temperature upper limit parameters of the monitoring device and display them on the interface. The re-displayed parameters are consistent with the entered parameters, and the upper temperature limit setting is completed.
6.6 Voltage and current upper limit setting
Select “ 6. Voltage and current upper limit ” on the setup menu and press the [?] Key to display the voltage and current upper limit setting interface. At the same time, the collected module's set value will be displayed on the interface. Press the number keys to enter new parameters and legal parameters. It is a voltage of 100-999 V and a current of 100-999 A, three-digit input. Press the [Delete] key to delete the last input data. Press the [Delete] key continuously to delete all the input data.
Press the [OK] key to execute the operation of writing new parameters, and automatically re-collect the voltage upper limit and current upper limit parameters of the monitoring device displayed on the interface. The re-displayed parameters are consistent with the input parameters, and the voltage and current upper limit settings are completed.
6.7 Relay output setting

Six, precautions for use

1. Please insert the battery into the battery box correctly according to the indicated battery polarity.
2. Please try to face the infrared window of the handheld to the infrared interface of the intelligent monitoring device.
3. The use environment should be free of conductive dust and non-corrosive metals and gases that damage insulation.
4. Non-professionals should not disassemble this product.
5. If it needs to be used outdoors below -20 ℃, you can first keep the handset indoor temperature or your own body temperature, and then take it out to use outdoors for a short time.
6. There is a liquid crystal display in the handset, please handle it gently; do not place the handset in a place with strong vibration.
7. After each use, please press the [Switch] key to turn off the power in time to save the battery. Please remove the battery if it is not used for a long time. Non-professionals do not disassemble this product
