MH-DAC3 24-channel AC current acquisition module

I. Product Performance Introduction

   MH-DAC3 24-channel AC current sensor acquisition module is a product used in conjunction with our company's MH-ACJK3 AC combiner box intelligent monitoring device. It is mainly used to monitor the incoming branch current of AC combiner box. The working power is provided by MH-ACJK3. The monitored current data of each branch is sent to MH-ACJK3 through the communication line, and then forwarded to the background by MH-ACJK3.

● Small size and easy installation.
● The monitoring device directly uses the working power provided by the matching MH-ACJK3.
● 24 line incoming current measurement.
● Configure different current sensors to monitor different current ranges.
● The current sensor is separated from the acquisition module for easy installation.

Fourth, the indicator description
There are three indicators on the acquisition module, the instructions are as follows:
1. RUN Green running indicator. The module is running normally when the module is powered on. This indicator flashes.
2. When TX yellow module sends data to MH-ACJK3, this light flashes.
3. When the RX yellow module receives the data sent by MH-ACJK3, this light flashes.

Seven, the current transformer selection instructions
The detection accuracy of the module is determined by the module itself and the matching current transformer. It is recommended to use the matching current transformer of our company. If the customer configures the current transformer itself, please choose it according to our detailed requirements. The data reaches 0.5 level accuracy.

Eight, precautions for use

1. Make sure that the working power supply is within the specified range.
2. When connecting external current transformers, please pay attention to the installation direction of the transformers. It is recommended to use the three transformers of a three-phase incoming line as a group to connect the reverse side of the transformers in place and then connect to Icom with a wire Terminal.
3. The use environment should be free of conductive dust and non-corrosive metals and gases that damage insulation.
4. Non-professionals should not disassemble this product.
