The MH-PVJK2 photovoltaic combiner box intelligent monitoring device is a newly developed multifunctional, low power, fully intelligent combiner box monitoring unit developed by our company. It has the following functions in one device:

MH-PVJK2 monitoring device is small in size and easy to install. Seven, current sensor connection instructions
The intelligent sensor interface of the MH-PVJK2 monitoring host can support 1-2 current sensors, and the host software supports up to 24 channels of current monitoring. If a current sensor is connected, the current sensor address is set to 1; if two current sensors are connected, the current sensor address should be set to 1 and 2 respectively; the order of the 24 channels is the current sensor number with the address 1 first, and the current sensor 1 It is defined as 12-channel sensors, which are numbered 1-12; then the current sensors with address 2 are numbered 13-24.
Both current sensors are based on the RS485 bus and can be cascaded. The sensors are designed with two identical 4-wire interfaces on the left and right, which can be easily cascaded.

Eight, the description of the monitoring host indicator
There are four indicators on the monitoring host, the instructions are as follows:
1. RUN The green running indicator light, the host is powered on and running normally, this light flashes; when the host is not connected to the smart sensor, this light is always off. Flashing; the flashing status of this light can be used to determine whether the smart sensor is connected properly.
2. ALM red alarm indicator light. When the alarm is activated and an alarm occurs, this light is on.
3. TX yellow host data upload and send indicator. When the monitoring host receives the command correctly and sends data to the background, this light is on.
4. RX yellow As long as there is data transmission on the RS485 bus, this light will be on. You can judge the bus activity based on the flashing of the RX light.

Special Note: This product supports reading up to 40 registers at a time.
1. The serial communication of this device fully complies with the standard MODBUS-RTU protocol. The data format, hardware timing and data frame structure fully comply with the MODBUS protocol. Ten, device parameter setting
1. The device address and serial port settings are registers 0040H and 0041H. See the attached data sheet for data definition.
2. By setting the register with address 0060H, you can choose to enable or disable various alarms.
3. Each alarm parameter has been set to the optimal value when it leaves the factory, and generally does not need to be modified. For special circumstances, please refer to the attached data sheet.
4. After the alarm conditions are not met, the device will automatically exit the alarm. If the alarm conditions cannot be removed immediately. To cancel the alarm output, you can prohibit the corresponding alarm items or all alarms, and then re-enable the alarm after the alarm conditions are removed.
5. The channel setting register is a total of 24 registers from 0048H-005FH. For unused channels, the corresponding register can be set to 0 to close the channel. The channels set to closed are not included in the calculation of the average value, and the channel is not included Call the police.
6. The current abnormal alarm is mainly used to monitor the poor performance of the battery panel. When the average current is greater than the set value (default value 3A), the current abnormal alarm can be activated. The alarm rule is: when the current of a certain channel is lower than half of the average value or 1.5 times higher than the average value and held for five minutes continuously, an alarm is generated.

Eleven precautions for use
1. Make sure that the working power supply is within the specified range.
2. Make sure that the communication interface is connected to a standard RS485 network. It is recommended to use a shielded twisted-pair cable of 120 ohms for external RS485 network cables.
3. The G terminal of the data upload interface is the communication power ground. Generally, no connection is required. If the interference is particularly serious, each node can be connected by a separate wire. Grounding can interfere with communication.
4. The earth terminal on the monitoring host is a lightning overvoltage bleeder terminal. Please be sure to connect it during installation.
5. The use environment should be free of conductive dust and non-corrosive metals and gases that damage insulation.
6. Non-professionals should not disassemble this product.
7. If the RS485 network cable of the connected device has an outdoor part, please do lightning protection treatment of the network cable.
